• 99.9% uptime for deployed A.I. systems
• 24/7 technical support for critical issues
• Regular system monitoring and maintenance
• Scheduled maintenance with advance notice

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from your use of our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Alter harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

• With 30 days written notice for convenience
• Immediately for material breach of terms
• Immediately for non-payment after notice period
• Upon mutual agreement of both parties

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Alter is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
